  Not only are the apartments a great price for the space but both the maintenance team and leasing office team are fantastic! I have now been a resident for a little over a year and I couldn't be happier. After signing a new lease my roommate and I needed to move apartments for an unforeseen personal reason and the leasing office could not have been anymore helpful with the process. They worked with our time frame and worked to accommodate us anyway they could. So beyond the great price and location you get a team that aims to support their residents any way they can, you cant go wrong with Eaves at Columbia Town Center.

  I can only echo what has already been said. I also did my research and visited several potential places. Eaves felt like the right fit, in no small part due to Keith's excellent client service. It's clean and quiet and safe. The apartment is spacious. I was a bit worried about the noise from the concerts but I haven't heard anything so far. I've now been here 6 months and I have no complaints. The leasing team as a whole is awesome.

  Wonderful experience with great employees and very helpful management staff! Kechelle was fantastic facilitating our lease, Casey is always helpful and the development manager is great and always ready to help. Maintenance staff are very professional. Apartments are great, good size, clean, reasonably priced and the development is very well maintained. Great place to call home!

  My wife and I have lived in 3 different apartments in Maryland and we have learned the real difference maker is customer service. We chose the eaves as our next home because the unit was exactly what we needed and the reviews on here said the service was top notch. So far this has been our experience as well! During the entire walk through, leasing and move in process we worked with Keith and he is the man! Very honest, informative and helpful. Upon moving in there were some minor issues that we believed needed tending to. Nothing major and to be honest when we put the work orders in we didn't expect much of a response (considering our past experiences at other places). However this time we immediately heard back from the Community Manager, Bobby, and our issues were fixed super fast and they worked with our schedules! The people here really are top notch. Walking from my car to my apartment if a staff member is ever near by, every time they have picked up their head and said hello. This might seem minor to some, but for me this is the difference. There are tons of apartments in Howard County. And many have the same layout, appliances, you name it. The difference in my opinion is customer service and response time. So far we are super happy at the eaves!
